Replica of Bauhaus set type XVI, the most pure form. The idea behind the pieces is that they show how they move. The Queen's sphere in this replica is a bit too large. In the original set are King and Queen of equal height. The sphere is a bit smaller and a bit more sunken into the cube.

In his prospect of around 1924, Josef Hartwig listed 4 different versions, which he numbered I, VII, XIV and XVI. Suggesting there were designs in between that he didn't approve?
